Job Description
- Are you an experienced Senior Accountant with a passion for numbers and a strong track record of financial expertise? If so, we want you to join our team at Lily Hospitals!
- We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute to our financial success.
- As a Senior Accountant at Lily Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial decision-making.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, recording and reconciling financial transactions.
- Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of external audits and provide required documentation and explanations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or a similar role, with progressive responsibilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
