  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Identify and establish relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
  5. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and the acquisition of new clients.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance the company’s market presence.
  8. Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements to achieve mutual business objectives.
  9. Explore new markets and business channels to expand the company’s footprint.
  10. Develop entry strategies for new markets, considering local regulations and competition.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development professionals.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  13. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform decision-making.
  14. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
  15. Develop and manage the business development budget effectively.
  16. Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years work experience.
