Job Position: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. We’re looking for hungry and ambitious Senior ​Business Development Manager to join Bolt Business in Lagos, Nigera.
  2. You’ll be driving our growth machine, reaching out to businesses, meeting clients, pitching, negotiating and closing deals with businesses of all sizes.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 4+ years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years history of negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
  2. Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day
  3. Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales
  4. A self starter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities
  5. Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with a strong confident personality
  6. Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses
  7. Experience of religiously using a CRM (Salesforce would be advantageous)
  8. Experience on-boarding clients and doing some account management with larger signings would be advantageous
  9. Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business pro.
