Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Job Description
As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who understands the dynamics of the hospitality sector and can lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the hospitality and restaurant tech space
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Track sales performance using data and analytics to inform decisions and improve conversion
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving B2B sales, especially in the hospitality or restaurant technology space
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry dynamics
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment,
Salary Range
N800,000 Net Monthly.
