Job Position: Senior Corporate Sales Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Report to the Profit Center Head
  2. Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s products
  3. Reach out to corporate organizations through cold calling.
  4. Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them
  5. Collaborates with Business Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  6. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  7. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective Corporate Organizations.
  8. Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities
  9. Examining the IT requirements of customers and suggesting appropriate products
  10. Conducting product demonstrations as and when required
  11. Promote the business benefits of our Products & Services
  12. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  13. Presenting and negotiating service renewal contracts
  14. Gathering feedback from customers and providing after-sales support whenever required
  15. Tracking sales performance metrics and maintaining a record of the same
  16. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
  2. Minimum of 8 years proven work experience in the Sales department as an Information Technology Sales Associate, Sales Associate, or an equivalent position
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
  4. Tremendous customer advocate with exceptional networking and relationship building
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  6. Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Impeccable presentation skills
  8. Be a good team player
  9. Tech savviness
