Job Description

- The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brands products/services. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business goals.
Job Responsibilities
SEO and SEM:
- Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive paid search traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure [Company Name] remains at the forefront of the industry.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign creation, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience:
You must have proven experience in:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and online advertising
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management platforms and email marketing software
- Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of website design and development best practices is a desirable
- Experience in introducing a suitable CRM system
