Job Position: Legal Secretary / Senior Executive Assistant to the GMD

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversight functions on business operations
  2. Strategic and operational business development.
  3. managing schedules, appointments, and meetings of the GMD;
  4. coordinating travel arrangements;
  5. preparing reports, presentations and other documents;
  6. managing correspondence; and conducting research;
  7. Support administrative and managerial tasks.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (A background in Law / Finance is an added advantage)
  2. Wealth of Experience in a similar position.
  3. Experience in administration, business operations and development.
  4. Knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape.
  5. Hands-on leader with a bold personality.
  6. People manager.
  7. Critical thinker.
  8. Exceptional organizational skills.
  9. Confident.
  10. Detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
