Job Description
- As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate at Sendbox, you will lead and manage a dynamic growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers.
- This role is crucial in steering our customer acquisition and retention strategies while driving revenue growth for the company. Reporting directly to the management team every week, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a cross-functional growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide comprehensive weekly reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, insights, and proposed action plans.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Sales, Operations etc., to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing and other related fields.
- Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a track record of managing and leading teams preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
- Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
