Job Position: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer who excels across the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of analyzing business challenges, proposing practical technical approaches, and delivering robust solutions with minimal supervision.

Working Structure:

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), but the first two months will be fully on-site at our premises in Gbagada, Lagos.

The position requires a standard 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  2. Work confidently with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimisation.
  3. Develop and integrate front-end components using Razor, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  4. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-structured, maintainable code.
  5. Provide multiple technical solution options to address business needs, evaluate trade-offs, and lead the chosen implementation.
  6. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  7. Apply unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  8. Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and code quality where applicable.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.
  10. Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 6+ years of professional experience in software development using the Microsoft stack.
  3. Strong command of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework, and MSSQL.
  4. Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and integrations with third-party systems.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and evaluate multiple technical solutions.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  8. Some exposure to using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.

Salary
N1,200,000 – N1,500,000 monthly.
