Job Position: Senior Product Manager – Mobility
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Owning the software and data product and strategic direction and evolution of critical engineering systems, business processes, and business intelligence in M-KOPA’s Electric Vehicle financing business unit
  2. Working with engineers to drive continuous improvement in our product’s capabilities to deliver customer and business value
  3. Partnering with analytics engineers to understand internal reporting and data visualisation needs within the eMobility domain.
  4. Getting feedback directly from customers and customer care teams to understand customer pain points and drive an excellent customer experience and proposition
  5. Analysing data to understand business performance and identify opportunities for future products and improvements.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of product management experience
  2. Strong technical and/or analytical skills, including the ability to conduct your own complex data analysis
  3. Proven ability in solving technical and/or analytical problems
  4. Ability to work with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  6. Experience working on a “backend” or API-first product
  7. Experience working on a B2C product
  8. Experience with IoT products and remote device control best practices
  9. Experience with SaaS CRM to custom software integrations
  10. Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  11. Experience in data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
