Job Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and project manage content and marketing campaigns, taking ownership of and leading the production process.
  2. Deliver outstanding client service on every campaign under your management to become a trusted partner to clients and agencies.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams and potentially third party providers to ensure projects are successfully executed.
  4. Manage and clearly communicate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to track all changes to scope and/or schedule; mitigate/escalate issues as needed to resolve and achieve commitments.
  5. Own client and agency meetings, leading status updates.
  6. Develop and own accurate and achievable project timelines, scope of work, status reports, and campaign budgeting trackers.
  7. Ensure appropriate processes and procedures are in place internally so projects run on time and to budget with appropriate margins.
  8. Assist pre-sales team at the point of pitch/ proposal to answer advertiser/ agency planning questions as needed.
  9. Identify and respond to risks, proactively anticipate various risk factors and outcomes, and understand potential risks and challenges in order to mitigate them effectively.
  10. Work closely with senior leaders to drive change and implement processes and workflows that will enable a more efficient and effective delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience in a digital project management role, preferably in a publishing environment with experience of working with agencies/ clients/ external vendors
  2. A good understanding of the sales process and commercial projects in general
  3. A proven track record of managing and delivering complex and multi touch point campaigns
  4. Aptitude for problem solving, influencing and motivating
  5. A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to pre-empt problems
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  7. The proven ability of working to deadlines under pressure, while being flexible, organized and hardworking
  8. Experience working with Airtable and Salesforce is a plus
  9. A can do attitude, willingness to deliver the highest level of service to clients
  10. A results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude

Salary & Benefits:

  1. Base salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
  2. Bonus available in addition to base salary
