Job Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will take a leadership position in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our clients’ needs. You will also mentor junior recruiters, develop strategic hiring plans, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
  3. Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and networking, to identify top talent.
  4. Maintain and enhance a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
  6. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  7. Mentor and support junior recruitment associates in achieving their goals.
  8. Ensure all candidate documents are complete, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  9. Maintain up-to-date records of all verification and recruitment processes.
  10. Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports and metrics to management and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. CIPM, PHRI, or similar HR certifications are preferred and will be prioritised.
