Job Position: Senior Sales Consultant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable University.
  2. Minimum of eight (8) years’ work experience in a sales and/or business development role within a structured organization.
  3. Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, client retention & management and expand the company’s customer base.
  4. Proven experience partnering with clients (especially C-suite executives and key decision makers) to understand their business needs & objectives and effectively communicating R&A’s value proposition through customized business proposals and presentations.
  5. Adept at analyzing & managing the sales pipeline, providing reports on sales & key business insights to management on a periodic basis.
  6. Demonstrated track record of working with internal teams to guarantee clients exceptional customer service & experience.
  7. Adept at innovating and executing effective market penetration plans that generate revenue and maximize profitability for the business.
