Job Position: Senior Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.
- Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
- The Senior Sales Executive is in charge of creating new sales strategies and programs to expand and retain our client base on the e-commerce and cloud services platform, particularly through new business development, in order to enhance revenue.
- He or she will be responsible for developing and implementing new inside sales features, particularly using a multimedia approach, as well as working both individually and together with assigned sales team members to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Collaborate with sales leaders
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products and familiarity with at least one CRM system.
- Ability to make quality decisions in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Conduct research and advise Management on business analytics and market trends such as environmental analysis, SWOT etc
- Submit weekly performance dashboard and monthly reports with details of revenues generated from the unit, project status, etc in preparation for Management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.
- 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
