Job Position: Senior Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  3. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  4. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company’s products to existing and new customers.
  5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  7. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  8. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  11. Plan, organize and execute marketing programs
  12. Compile daily reports of unit’s targets and achievements
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and new market opportunities
  14. Identify different events for customer engagement, trade promotion and market activation
  15. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for the organization
  16. Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives and achieve set targets
  17. Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
  18. Monitor performing products and determine appropriate actions to optimize business performance.
  19. Develop metrics-driven approach to evaluate sales & service performance through modelling, reporting and analytics.
  20. Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue
  21. Develop and establish promotional strategies and implementing sales campaigns that fit the needs of business and products.
  22. Carry out market analysis on competition, gather market/sales intelligence in order to plan out sales activities properly
  23. Manage budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use
  24. Ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan
  25. Ensure a 360-degree branding of all company’s events and all events supported by the company
  26. Ensure brand visibility across all customers touch points
  27. Conduct periodic market research in coordination with Head of Sales
  28. Timely submission of periodic reports and activities
  29. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales / Assistant General Manager.

N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
