Job Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager role at Estility. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  2. The position will involve both in-person meetings with clients in Lekki, as well as remote work options, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

  • You will report to the CEO.

Job  Responsibilities

  1. Train recruits and interns, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Market research and competitor analysis are used to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.
