Job Position: Senior Sales Manager (Hospitality / Restaurant Tech)
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Description

As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who understands the dynamics of the hospitality sector and can lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the hospitality and restaurant tech space
  2. Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research
  4. Build strong relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
  6. Track sales performance using data and analytics to inform decisions and improve conversion
  7. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

 Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  2. Proven track record of driving B2B sales, especially in the hospitality or restaurant technology space
  3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  4. Deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry dynamics
  5. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment,

Salary Range
N500,000 – N700,000 (Slightly negotiable based on value and experience).
