Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and closing sales within our showroom.
- The Showroom Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the showroom.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing.
Consultative Selling:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend products that best meet the customer’s requirements.
Demonstration and Explanation:
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Clearly explain product specifications, warranties, and pricing.
Closing Sales:
- Effectively close sales by addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing and promotions.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in creating attractive displays to showcase products.
Customer Follow-Up:
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.
Sales Targets:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other sales associates and team members.
- Share insights and contribute to a positive team environment.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in related field
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
