Job Position: Showroom Sales Associate

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and closing sales within our showroom.
  3. The Showroom Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

  1. Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
  2. Provide a warm and welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Product Knowledge:
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the showroom.
  5. Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing.

Consultative Selling:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Recommend products that best meet the customer’s requirements.

Demonstration and Explanation:

  1. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
  2. Clearly explain product specifications, warranties, and pricing.

Closing Sales:

  1. Effectively close sales by addressing customer concerns and objections.
  2. Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing and promotions.

Order Processing:

  1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Visual Merchandising:

  1. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
  2. Participate in creating attractive displays to showcase products.

Customer Follow-Up:

  1. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.

Sales Targets:

  1. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

Team Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with other sales associates and team members.
  2. Share insights and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in related field
  2. Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  5. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  6. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
  7. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
