Job Description
- As Social Media Associate: Assistant Social Media Manager at Miskay, you will assist in managing our social media presence and engaging with our online community to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- You will play a key role in executing social media strategies, creating content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage content creation and distribution on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
- Coordinate with stores to gather user-generated content from customers and incorporate it into social media strategy.
- Ensure regular updates and promotions are communicated effectively through WhatsApp channels, maintaining engagement with customers.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the app team to provide relevant and engaging content for the mobile application, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist with all marketing activities, including liaising with influencers, creators, and all third-party stakeholders, to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborate and assist the team effectively, contributing ideas, feedback, and support to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Demonstrated track record of creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing social media accounts effectively.
- Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive interactions with followers.
- Previous involvement in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives.
