Job Description

  1. As Social Media Associate: Assistant Social Media Manager at Miskay, you will assist in managing our social media presence and engaging with our online community to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  2. You will play a key role in executing social media strategies, creating content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and manage content creation and distribution on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
  2. Coordinate with stores to gather user-generated content from customers and incorporate it into social media strategy.
  3. Ensure regular updates and promotions are communicated effectively through WhatsApp channels, maintaining engagement with customers.
  4. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with the app team to provide relevant and engaging content for the mobile application, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
  6. Assist with all marketing activities, including liaising with influencers, creators, and all third-party stakeholders, to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  8. Coordinate and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with brand messaging.
  9. Collaborate and assist the team effectively, contributing ideas, feedback, and support to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  10. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
  3. Demonstrated track record of creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing social media accounts effectively.
  4. Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive interactions with followers.
  5. Previous involvement in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives.
