Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Customer Service Representative to manage online customer interactions for a confectionery brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional communication across all digital platforms while promoting brand engagement and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on all social media platforms.
  2. Maintain a professional and engaging tone that aligns with the brand’s image.
  3. Monitor and track brand mentions, messages, and comments daily.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide accurate product information and updates.
  5. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.
  6. Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
  7. Identify frequently asked questions or complaints and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
  8. Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  9. Monitor online reviews and ensure brand reputation management.
  10. Stay up to date with social media trends and customer service best practices.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
