We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Customer Service Representative to manage online customer interactions for a confectionery brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional communication across all digital platforms while promoting brand engagement and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on all social media platforms.
- Maintain a professional and engaging tone that aligns with the brand’s image.
- Monitor and track brand mentions, messages, and comments daily.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide accurate product information and updates.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Identify frequently asked questions or complaints and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
- Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Monitor online reviews and ensure brand reputation management.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and customer service best practices.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
