Job Position: Social Media / E-commerce Officer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
  2. Analyse sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
  3. Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  4. Analyse customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms
  5. Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales, customer service representative) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
  6. Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
  7. Regular checks and updates to system security
  8. Attend to other tasks as required.
