Job Position: Social Media Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and branding objectives
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and oversee specific social media campaigns, including advertising, to promote the organisation and its products or services.
- Platform Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adapting content for each platform’s unique audience and format.
- Community Management:
- Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to posts and comments, and foster a positive online community and brand advocates.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimise strategies and content.
- Audience Engagement:
- Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and tailor content to resonate with them.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be willing to work fully onsite – Ikeja.
Salary
N250,000 (Net) monthly.
