Job Position: Social Media Handler / Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s sales goals.
  2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  4. Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
  5. Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  6. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  7. Oversee design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  8. Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  9. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  11. Compile reports showcasing ROI.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  2. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  3. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  5. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
