Job Position: Social Media Handler

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, developing engaging contents, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagements.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Manage and maintain all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
  3. Contribute to developing concept, creating and curating high-quality, engaging content including text, image, and video posts.
  4. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Collaborate with other team members including graphic designers and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  9. Deliver on other tasks as assigned by the creative Manger.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience on the job
  3. Proven experience managing social media accounts for FMCGs, Power & Energy brands or businesses.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  7. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Demonstrate proficiency in Digital Marketing.
  11. A passion for social media and digital marketing.
