Job Description

- We are also hiring a Social Media Handler to manage the online presence for our client’s textiles business.
- The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have a good grasp of social media metrics, and be able to engage with customers in real-time.
Job Responsibilities
- Post content and manage the social media accounts for the business.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain positive online interactions.
- Track social media metrics and report insights that could help grow the online following.
- Support brand awareness efforts by creating engaging and relevant content.
Job Requirements
- OND or equivalent educational background.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and how they operate.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.
Desired Attributes
