Job Description

  • We are also hiring a Social Media Handler to manage the online presence for our client’s textiles business.
  • The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have a good grasp of social media metrics, and be able to engage with customers in real-time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Post content and manage the social media accounts for the business.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain positive online interactions.
  • Track social media metrics and report insights that could help grow the online following.
  • Support brand awareness efforts by creating engaging and relevant content.

Job Requirements

  • OND or equivalent educational background.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and how they operate.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.

Desired Attributes

  • Passion for customer service with an interest in social media marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of social media metrics to help drive growth and engagement.
