Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute the company’s social media strategy.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content, monitoring social platforms, and driving engagement to grow our brand presence and ensure customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
- Plan, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create a social media calendar with scheduled posts, campaigns, and promotions across all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop effective, visually appealing campaigns.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Write, design, and publish engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) across all social media platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform to maximize engagement and performance.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
Community Management:
- Actively monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and active community by initiating conversations and engaging followers with relevant content and responses.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and social media trends to keep the company at the forefront of social marketing.
Social Media Advertising:
- Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and reporting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
Brand Consistency and Compliance:
- Ensure that the brand’s voice, tone, and style are consistent across all social channels.
- Stay informed about social media best practices, trends, platform updates, and industry changes.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities; experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and drive meaningful interactions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms, best practices, and algorithms.
- Passion for Social Media Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends, memes, tools, and emerging platforms in social media.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to create and edit basic videos for social media platforms.
