Role Overview
- As the Social Media Manager & Creative Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, while also taking the lead in crafting visually engaging and captivating creative content.
- You’ll play a crucial role in increasing our brand visibility, engaging with our audience, and driving client acquisition.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an effective social media strategy across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality and engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
- Take the lead in designing and producing visual assets, videos, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all social media channels and creative materials.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our online presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM concepts.
