Job Description

Role Overview

  • As the Social Media Manager & Creative Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, while also taking the lead in crafting visually engaging and captivating creative content.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in increasing our brand visibility, engaging with our audience, and driving client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute an effective social media strategy across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality and engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to foster a positive online community.
  5. Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  6. Take the lead in designing and producing visual assets, videos, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
  7. Ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all social media channels and creative materials.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our online presence.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  6. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
  7. Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  1. Experience in video production and editing.
  2. Knowledge of SEO and SEM concepts.
