Job Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

  1. Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Identify target audiences and choose appropriate platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Content Creation & Management:

  1. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
  2. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Engagement & Community Management:

  1. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Monitor conversations, trends, and brand mentions online.

Advertising & Promotion:

  1. Run paid social media campaigns to promote services, offers, or events.
  2. Optimise ads for performance, reach, and return on investment (ROI).

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  2. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights for improvement.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align efforts.
  2. Collaborate with influencers or partners for campaigns or events.

Trend Monitoring:

  1. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  2. Recommend innovative ideas to keep the brand competitive online.
