Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, analysing performance metrics, and driving campaigns that align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, infographics, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform.
  3. Monitor, engage, and grow online communities across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  4. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions to optimise campaigns.
  5. Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, design, and sales) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  7. Manage paid social media campaigns and optimise ad performance for maximum ROI.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to enhance customer experience.
  9. Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content campaigns.
  10. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  4. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  6. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  8. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media innovation.
