Job Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will manage all social media pages, create engaging content, plan marketing campaigns, and build brand awareness.

You will work closely with the management team to create and execute strategies that align with our brand tone and goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content (photos, videos, captions, and stories) across all social media platforms.
  2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  3. Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns and promotions.
  4. Monitor trends, comments, and messages to engage with followers.
  5. Collaborate with the team to organise product shoots and video content ideas.
  6. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
  7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience managing business or brand social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  2. Excellent understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content creation strategies.
  3. Good photography and video-editing skills (mobile or professional).
  4. Strong writing and storytelling ability for captions and campaigns.
  5. Creative mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  6. Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  7. Must reside within Gbagada, Yaba, or nearby areas in Lagos.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 per month.
