Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
- Ensures client satisfaction by listening to the needs of the client, proffering solutions immediately where available, and building a good relationship for referrals.
- Create visuals and captions for social media.
- Implement and Monitor social media ad campaigns.
- Publish content on the Agency’s social media accounts.
- Work with the international marketing team to devise social media strategies as part of wider campaigns.
- Create internal social media campaign plans and content calendars.
- Provide in-depth reporting, insights, and analytics for ads and campaigns.
- Communicate and work closely with artists and management teams to ensure seamless execution of social campaigns.
- Stay informed on emerging trends/tools and provide updates to internal teams.
- Attend industry events, gigs, and concerts on behalf of the agency to capture content.
- Track and optimize content to improve results and grow audiences.
- Has verifiable experience in selling Social Media and Digital solutions, products or services across various sectors.
- Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media campaigns.
- 3+ years in active social media management / marketing.
- Must have a strong passion for innovation, popular culture, content creation and possess abilities of quick thinking & decision-making.
- Familiar & Mastery of various social media and content creation tools.
- Must reside in Lagos.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
