Job Position: Social Media Manager 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager— someone who can think like a strategist and move like an executor. Your job is to build and manage our online and offline brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn while leading campaign execution, content direction, community engagement, and creative growth experiments. This is not a role for passive content managers. We’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality who is ready to act, pitch ideas, manage execution, and move fast.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage the full content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  2. Take ownership of campaign concepts, social activations, and branded storytelling.
  3. Execute influencer collaborations, content stunts, and partnership campaigns.
  4. Work with our video editor to direct, organise, and repurpose event content.
  5. Suggest and manage podcast direction and content formats
  6. Conceptualise and run creative experiments to increase engagement, reach, and sales
  7. Build a loyal digital community and drive consistent brand presence and visibility
  8. Ensure all content aligns with Limehouse’s brand voice, quality, and strategy

Job Requirement

  1. A highly creative individual with proven experience executing digital growth campaigns
  2. Someone who understands how to create culturally relevant content in Nigeria (and beyond)
  3. Not afraid to take initiative — whether standing on the street to create content or DMing an influencer to propose a collaboration
  4. Able to balance creativity with commercial thinking: every post, story, or video should have a purpose
  5. Strong knowledge of trends across TikTok, Instagram, and lifestyle media
  6. Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and leading creative output

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

  1. Canva, CapCut, Later/Planoly, Meta Business Suite
  2. TikTok Creator Tools, Instagram insights
  3. Airtable, Notion or Google Sheets for planning
  4. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms is a plus.
