Job Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Ologolo, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong writing and communication skills to create engaging travel content, manage our social media platforms, and provide professional client support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, editing skills, and the ability to develop content that promotes our services and destinations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow the company’s social media pages with creative and engaging content.
  2. Write and edit travel-related posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
  3. Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and recommendations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
  5. Support marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Increase in social media engagement (likes, shares, comments, followers).
  2. Timely response to client inquiries (within 24 hours).
  3. Work hand in hand with BD on travel bookings and client conversions.
  4. Consistent publishing of quality content (e.g., 3–5 posts per week).
  5. Positive client feedback ratings (minimum 85% satisfaction).

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND qualification or a BA / B.Sc. degree.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Social Media Manager.
