Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects and make a significant impact on the built environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote Primestix Construction and its projects across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the company’s brand identity and target audience.
- Manage all social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and keep our social media presence up to date.
- Interact and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-channel integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in social media marketing are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and audience growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and an understanding of the target audience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Must reside in Abuja and able to resume immediately
