Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description 

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects and make a significant impact on the built environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote Primestix Construction and its projects across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  2. Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the company’s brand identity and target audience.
  3. Manage all social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management.
  4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and keep our social media presence up to date.
  5. Interact and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate regular reports to stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and competitive.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-channel integration.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in social media marketing are a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and audience growth.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  6. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  8. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  9. Familiarity with construction terminology and an understanding of the target audience in the construction industry is a plus.
  10. Must reside in Abuja and able to resume immediately
