Job Description
- We’re seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, drive engagement, and convert leads for our hospitality business.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media presence across platforms (content creation, publishing, and engagement).
- Create and execute content calendars, leveraging CMS and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to drive leads and conversions.
- Utilize graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) to enhance content.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of social media marketing and content creation experience (Hospitality Industry preferred)
- Proven track record of driving sales and engagement through social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options
- Excellent content creation, writing, and design skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
