Job Position: Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer
Job Location: G.R.A Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality and visually appealing graphics for all marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, website graphics, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain the firm’s brand identity across all visual communications.
- Create infographics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance communication and data presentation.
- Stay up to date on design trends and best practices.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and thought leadership.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage social media communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster online conversations.
- Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist with website development and content management, ensuring website content is fresh, informative, and SEO-friendly.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients.
- Research and implement new digital marketing tools and strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimal results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing combined, working with a known professional service firm.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and best practices especially for professional service firms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to direct trends and updates in the legal industry as content materials for the firm.
- Passion for and experience in the legal industry is a plus.
