Job Description

  1. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Social Media Manager and Customer Service Representative.
  2. In this dual-role position, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand presence across various social media platforms while also ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  3. Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
  5. Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers through proactive interaction.
  6. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms.
  7. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.
  8. Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all customer interactions to enhance brand perception.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless resolution process.
  10. Develop visually appealing and compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and other relevant materials.
  11. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media platforms.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND In any discipline from a reputable institution
  2. Must be Female
  3. Proven experience in social media management and customer service.
  4. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Exceptional customer service orientation.
  7. Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  8. Creativity in content creation and an eye for design.
  9. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  10. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  11. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
  12. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  13. Stay informed about industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
