Job Overview
Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the firm’s online presence across social media platforms.
This role involves creating engaging content, building brand visibility, driving digital campaigns, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance the reputation and reach of the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm’s social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, graphics) for social platforms
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
- Collaborate with the legal/business teams to showcase services, achievements, and thought leadership.
- Grow and manage online communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and client engagement on social platforms.
- Monitor conversations around the brand and industry, ensuring positive engagement.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Provide recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and digital trends.
- Run targeted social media campaigns to drive awareness, attract clients, and promote firm operations.
- Manage sponsored/paid ad campaigns within allocated budgets.
- Support broader business development goals through digital visibility.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards in all online communications.
- Design or coordinate branded creative, graphics, and visual storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in professional services (law, finance, consulting, Agency).
- Proven track record of growing social platforms and running campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and analytics tools.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
