Job Position: Social Media Manager / Content Uploader

About the Role
We seek a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager/Content Uploader to join our luxury retail fashion brand.
The ideal candidate will curate, design, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms while ensuring our brand remains visually stunning and aligned with our premium image.
This is a hybrid role with an exciting balance of creativity, strategy, and technical execution. You will spend two days each week collaborating on-site with our dynamic team and the rest remotely.
Job Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Analyse platform performance metrics to optimise content strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation:
- Design visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to a luxury audience.
- Write and edit engaging captions, taglines, and posts to complement visual content.
Content Management:
- Upload, schedule, and maintain all content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Ensure that all posts are timely, accurate, and consistent with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social platforms to build relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address social media inquiries effectively.
Campaign Management:
- Support influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, coordinating content and timelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for luxury brands or similar industries.
- Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion aesthetics and trends.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
