Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and social media-savvy NYSC member to join our team as a Social Media Manager on a remote basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about digital marketing and content creation in the legal sector.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising our social media presence to build brand awareness, engage our audience, generate leads, and ultimately drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimise all social media handles (including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed) to ensure consistent branding, timely updates, and maximum visibility.
  2. Develop and execute a content strategy that includes creating high-quality, engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other materials tailored to the legal industry, highlighting our expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal services.
  3. Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to refine strategies and increase traction, such as follower growth, reach, and impressions.
  4. Drive audience engagement through interactive content, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community discussions around legal topics.
  5. Generate qualified leads by crafting targeted campaigns, calls-to-action, and collaborations that attract potential clients in need of legal consultancy.
  6. Contribute to closing deals by nurturing leads through social channels, providing initial consultations or referrals to our legal team, and tracking conversion rates.
  7. Collaborate remotely with the firm’s leadership to align social media efforts with business goals and upcoming initiatives.
  8. Monthly performance report, including key metrics such as engagement rates, lead generation, and deal closures, with recommendations for improvement.
