Job Position: Social Media / Marketing Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to drive our marketing efforts and enhance our social media presence.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in social media management and digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and website traffic
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating and curating engaging content
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and promotions
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media/Marketing Officer or similar role, with a strong focus on social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for football and a deep understanding of the sport and its culture
