Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in the competitive fashion industry.
  • As a Digital Marketer at OYAABEO you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and resonate with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities
Develop Brand Image:

  • Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the brand’s target audience.

Identify and Research Target Audience:

  • Understand customer demographics, preferences, and behaviour.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.

Analyze Market Reports:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Use data insights to inform marketing decisions.

Create Content for Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and websites.
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers for visual assets.

Schedule Photo Shoots for New Fashion Collections:

  • Coordinate photo shoots to showcase new products.
  • Ensure high-quality visuals align with the brand’s aesthetic.

Manage Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.

Predict and Track Fashion Trends:

  • Stay updated on fashion trends and cultural shifts.
  • Anticipate upcoming trends to align marketing efforts.

Enhance the Consumer Shopping Experience:

  • Improve website navigation, product descriptions, and user experience.
  • Foster engagement through personalized communication.

Maintain a Marketing Budget:

  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor spending and ROI.

Communicate with Customers on Behalf of the Brand:

  • Engage with followers on social media.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content creation and management
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design.
