Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our real estate brand’s online presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content and graphics across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our property listings and real estate services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  2. Manage social media page and content for all new and existing projects of the Firm.
  3. Create and publish engaging content, including property listings, client testimonials, real estate tips, market updates, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  4. Create graphic designs and videos of high quality for our socials.
  5. Manage day-to-day activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  6. Schedule, post, and monitor all content to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  7. Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Grow followers organically through strategic engagement and community management.
  9. Provide monthly reports and recommendations for content strategy improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  4. Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  5. Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.
  6. Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms is a plus.
  7. Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
