Job Position: IT Support / Social Media Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND in any IT related field
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience as social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Ability to handle basic IT related functions
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage social media pages
- Excellent use of canva, corel draw etc
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
