Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Hillpost Bank.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bank’s social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the bank’s overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Manage and maintain the bank’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.
  • Engage with Online Community: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential social media risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, communications, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In social media marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing Skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Management Tools: Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Certifications: Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
