Job Position: Software Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. This position is responsible for leading, driving and supporting software development teams in the innovation, design, development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software programs and applications.
  2. The product manager must develop short- and long-term strategies for developing scalable software products and services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. An Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Electronics
  2. Strong Design and Analytical Skills with good understanding of Design Patterns
  3. Must have 4+ years of Java/J2EE/Spring/JPA
  4. Must have 4+ years of experience with Web API / Angular 4+ / PrimeNG / Angular Materials / Bootstrap / JQuery / JavaScript
  5. Strong working Experience in application development using client-side technologies like Bootstrap/HTML/Java Script/CSS/AJAX/JQuery
  6. Strong understanding of J2EE/Microservices architectures
  7. Must have 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server, MySQL and other Databases
  8. At least 2+ years of working with Tomcat / Jboss or other application server
  9. Experience working with SOAP Web Service with WS-Security
  10. Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, XML, XML Schemas, XSLT, JSON, RESTful Web Services
  11. Strong Knowledge of WS-Security, OAuth, OpenID is required
  12. Any additional qualifications like GraphDB, BigData, NoSQL is highly preferred
  13. Agile development experience is preferred
  14. Mobile App development experience is an added plus
  15. Good Communication and presentation skills
