Job Position: Software Help-desk Officer
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures the prompt resolution of client software issues of moderate complexity through data analysis and functional troubleshooting.
- This process employs various development tools, adheres to best-practice communication, coordinates team testing efforts, and utilizes available tools for issue resolution.
- The significance of software support lies in its role in providing answers to software-related queries, delivering updates, and addressing software bugs.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field
- 2 – 3 Years work experience in the same capacity
- Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.
- Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Capability to analyse business logic effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing and idea development.
Additional Advantages:
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS, ASP.Net and Blazor Framework, GIT, and UI/UX.
- Strong skills in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
