Job Position: Spa Therapist
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality spa treatments and exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care.

This role requires a calm demeanor, technical competence, and a strong service mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including body massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies.
  2. Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any contraindications before treatments.
  3. Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, professionally, and in line with established protocols.
  4. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment environment at all times.
  5. Properly prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each session.
  6. Educate clients on aftercare, wellness routines, and recommended products or services.
  7. Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and repeat visits.
  8. Accurately document treatments, client feedback, and any incidents where required.
  9. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist.
  3. Proven knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa best practices.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Professional appearance and calm, client-focused attitude.
  6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
  7. Knowledge of skincare and wellness products is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
