Job Position: Station Manager

Job Location: Badagry, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage day to day operations
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients, using their empathy maps to provide real estate advisory services
  4. Give Comprehensive report to head quarter
  5. Meet set target
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  8. Ideal candidate must be able to bring in new business
  9. Generate and follow up leads for the company

Job Requirements

  1. Must be able to communicate effectively
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  3. Digital marketing
  4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  5. Must have a minimum of HND/BSc in any Management discipline
  6. Must reside in badagry.
